Don't use words unless you know what they mean, obviously there is a difference of pay between Teachers and Lecturers. Most lecturers, if not all, carry out research as well as teaching. There is a lot more involved in their job description.
What is the ideal job description? What are teachers/lecturers supposed to be doing?
