Re: teach me lasagna
There really isnt an easy recipe for lasagna…unless you count picking it up from a good italian restaurant. Heres my sisters famous recipe, note that she uses Italian sausage which usually contain pork but you can sometimes find the beef sausages. If not then you can just eliminate them and still have a great lasagna.

Re: teach me lasagna
ingredients : package of lasagna noodles (they are usually flat and wide)
beef keema (or chicken keema or u can just use spinach if u wnat meatless)
spagetti sauce, ricotta cheese, mozarella cheese
boil the noodles
cook the keema/veggies with the tomato sauce....
lay the noodles flat on the cooking tray,
top with meat/veggies
smear ricotta cheese on top
add another layer of noodles
add a second layer of meat/veggies
smear another layer of ricotta cheese
add the third layer of noodles
top with lots of mozarerlla
thats' teh most basic recipe that can be found behind the package of the noodles.....otherwise there are so many variations that can be used...

How can I avoid the corners of my crust from getting hard??

Make sure there is enough moisture in the whole dish when you bake it. That is you should hav enough white sauce/ cheese on the edges too. Also cover it up in foil- tightly- before you bake it and make a few slashes with a knife on the top to let the steam escape.
Re: teach me lasagna
how do you make the white sauce to pour over the pasta/lasagna?
Re: teach me lasagna
^ teh white sauce i've used has consisted of ricotta cheese and maybe parmesan cheese and coriander/lemon/salt and pepper etc added to it.
