it's not a toner though.
I get occasional break outs and thought I would try it.
It says tea tree oil on the bottle and even the girl there told me
use it for a blemish etc.

Sajal, I think u shud get the pure type to help with spots (acne)...i use 100% pure australian tea tree oil, to help with individual spots. If u use a nite cream, u can apply that first, and then dab the oil onto those spots that u have. Use it nitely to help control ur acne. I think they make the ones that have only 10-15% oil in them for more sensitive skins...but mine is quite sensitive and i was surprised that i had no irritation with the 100% pure oil.
