Re: Tea time snacks

different types of kabab
plain cake
fried boneless mutton/beef chunks/slices
fresh fruit before tea
rolls/balls
sandwiches

we serve bakery items, tinned pineapple/fruit cocktail most of the time.

Re: Tea time snacks

We keep it simple. Assorted nuts/nimco, cookies, shaami kabab or stuffed pastries. Now that I know how to make a chicken braid, I can add that to the list.

Re: Tea time snacks

At home, we normally make a few of:
Aloo tikki
Samosi
Chicken rolls
Keema pastries
Shami kebab
Little kentucky chicken wings/bites
Roast chicken
Pakoray
Chana chaat
Chips if there are children
Some sort of cake
Flap jacks
Plus, nuts/daal siwayan, crisps and biscuits.
