Tea or coffe withdrawl ?

I have seen some people complaining about having headache if they miss morning OR evening tea or coffee. Seriously ?
Missing one cup of coffee or tea can give you headache ? Not to me.
What about you ?

i heard about it all my life. i don't get headaches but i crave badly for the tea whenever it's my usual tea time which is like every 2-3 hours...yeah, yeah i confess **i'm a teaholic**** :D my problem arises when i'm outside my house or on the road. i ONLY take *'dhaabaa ishTyle'* tea...i can NOT compromise on that...ppl think i'm a very rigid person but it's NOT true...rigid only in my tea consumption...*i'm very particular about my each and every cuppa tea. :D*

My mother gets tea withdrawal :/ She literally goes crazy if she doesn't get her morning or evening tea. :/

My mom's situation is just like marmalade's mom as well. I on other hand have two cup of tea. I have to have it and i DO get headache if i don't have tea by evening for sure!. Having said that..i do miss my mom today.. :(

I dont think I get headaches though if I miss it…I just crave it A LOT.

Once upon a time I tried to give up chai. By day 4 I had terrible aches. By day 5 I realized it was lack of caffeine that was causing all the pain. By day 6 I gave up and went back to my chai.

i take a lot of coffee and tea when i am working and days when i am not, dont take at all and it makes no difference to me.

Naah I dont get a headache but I do get very annoyed if theres no Coffee at work… my jobs very demanding at times and the Coffee seriously helps though even that is a small comfort given the mammoth tasks we sometimes face.

Hats off to all hard workers.

Yes. When I'm drinking 3 or 4 cups of tea a day and then the following day, let's say I don't have time to have one until the afternoon, I will have a really bad headache which affects my facial muscles too. I drink quite strong black tea (i.e. Assam) with a little milk and one sugar.
The worst time is when I went to America. I had a Saturday midday flight and don't take tea for breakfast, so the last time I a cup was Friday night. Arrived there Saturday evening and felt sick so went to sleep. Woke up the next morning and there was no milk for the tea, just starbucks coffee (urrrg). I didn't find decent tea until Sunday evening. I had the worst headache but after relaxing for 30mins with some tea, I was fine and ready to go for dinner. From then on, I keep teabags with me when travelling and buy milk at the first chance.

It used to give me headache. It was back when I sud to drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day. I brought it down to only one cup. Now I dont get headache if I dont drink coffee but I do feel sleepy all day.

I definitely can't do without my morning fix of coffee... a large cup of medium roast espresso, or at least a cup of bold drip-brewed if I'm on the road. On days when I don't get my morning cup, I am very irritable and get headaches. Over the course of the day, I need at least two more cups but am not too particular about what I get - coffee just keeps me going.

I decided one day I wont drink them at all...and now its been almost 5 years i dont drink soda's :D
