Tea Kettle's TOTI all closed??

I have tried to open its toti by a think wire and safety pin lol but nothing worked.. we have a steel tea kettle..

put in some water and baking soda.(2-3 tbsp._.. the water level’s be high enough so that the ‘tuti’'d be dipped… bring it to boil but be cautious the water may pop out… and let it cool down for some time, then scrub it off

try submerging the toti part into hot boiling water overnight maybe

i think toti is the part where the liquid comes/pours out , where there is tiny holes, but i can be wrong…

is it an electric kettle?
drop a few (3-4) cut up lemons skin n all into kettle + water. boil water in kettle.
depending on how bad of clog you have … you may need to repeat this 2-3 times … with the same used lemons is fine
be careful … the clocked spout may open/de-clogg with a lot of pressure behind it …sending out a spray of hot water. so point the kettle in a direction that is safe while boiling.
