Black Tea with no sugar and no milk, has become my recent favourite. I picked up this habit back home in India when I used to visit my Russian colleague. He used to offer me a big bowl of black Tea without sugar and milk. First time I obliged him and drank it even though I didn’t enjoy it. Next time also I did the same and then gradually it became a habit.
Now I regularly take black tea with lemon flavour. The recent news of its health benefits, has further motivated me and while writing these lines, I am just preparing myself to brew my tea.
