is it permissable to do tayammum if one cannot keep doing water based wudhu for health reasons?
eg-everytime one does wudhu using water the skin cracks n starts bleeding (due to a skin condition), and gets irritated, is tayammum permissable in order to offer salah?
the person in question has stopped praying due to this reason and would very much appreciate anyones help in clarifying this
any Hadeeth or verses from the Quran are welcome to backup ur views.
