someone told me this and said its iqbal’s…

the meaning is too confused anyway, but i just want to know who wrote it....
as i said, the guy who told me this says its by Allama Iqbal, but i told him this isnt iqbal's style and neither his thought....
atleast comment on this will u, if u cant find out the poet/poetry it belongs to....
