Taweez What does it Say?

Asalamolkum,

Can anyone tell me what language or even what these say if possible? I understand these are usually back to front/upside down and told by the huge shieks not to open and not to read they do only good! I heard horror stories about the taweez’s.

I wrote below those words about which I'm sure, rest wasn't clear for me. The language in which is written seems 'Arabic' (i.e. arabic words)

First Image: Wa-Ain or Wa a'aiyan..........
Second Image: .......fe.....A'aoz bi-kalima'at....al ta'amaat meen ba'ara.....wa ha'amahee

The first image's word have many meaning. The words of second image is as under. However, it is not same as in image except few matching words. The below is a dua (zikar) which can be recited at morning and/or evening times.

**'A'oothu bikalimaatil-laahit-taammaati min sharri maa khalaqa.

I seek refuge in the Perfect Words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.**
