We buy chicken breasts buy the boxes because my family loves it and it is healthy and and is a timesaver. I usually can whip something in less than 30 minutes for the family. Please kindly could u share recipes with chicken breasts …I want to print them out and put in a binder so i can meals in a snap.
So I just tried Khattichic chicken 65. I used chicken breasts because that is what I had in hand. Recipe turned out really well.
Here is my recipe for chicken zinger burgers.
Marinate Chicken Breast fillets in 1/4 vinegar, soy sauce, salt, ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp mustard paste, Shan or some othe spice mix of tandoori or tikka masala...(I don't measure just use my judgement), cornstarch.
After 1 hr just dip in fillets in atta and fry on medium low temp...pan fry with a little oil and cover fry pan. Flip over to other side. Serve on bun with tomotr slices, a little mayo. V
Very delicious. I think I saw an idea of this recipe on Rahats show and rids aftab. Don't remember date. It wa under zinger burger.

Check her thread which is a sticky. It is towards the end. Her recipe and and my alterations to it. She used boneless chicken thighs and I used breast meat. I couldn't find chicken 64 mix so I just marinated in cut chicken in vinegar, salt, MSG (omit if you don't want to use), soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix with cornstarch and 1 egg before deep frying. Then follow khattichic method.

My wife and I use Shan , Laziza , Bannay Nawab , National , Sadaf masala for most of these dishes and follow the recipe adding one or two more ingredients here and there .
Once in a while if a pre-mixed masala is not available then we will get some recipe from the internet and use it.
^^thanks Mirch. I do use the premixed masala but rarely use the whole box for a recipe. My family cannot digest the potent mixes so I always use these as flavor enhancers in addition to my masala.
I did make Bihari kabab with chicken breast and followed the recipe on the box. It turned pretty yummy.
