Brother think. Musharraf is talking about caretaker government as they did not take appropriate steps that could have stopped some present economical rut. Still, you should realise that Musharraf is trying to make life of present government as easy as possible so that they can come to right path and start governance with commitment and responsibility.
However, in Musharraf’s statement there is word ‘may’ and that means possibility and not certaianty. Hence: zoor kiss per hua .. ‘may’ per … English ka ‘may’, not Urdu ka ‘may’
