That’s interesting. When I had breakouts…I was told that it’s because I’m too “warm” and that I need to eat more “cooling” foods, etc. However, at the same time…I get cold easily. I’ll take a light sweater with me to the movies and other places cuz they tend to be cool. So that alone would make more more “cold?”
