Re: Tasbeeh Clarification
Peace All,
This thread have two differnt topics (1) spiritualism (2) Tasbeeh (my short answer is as under)
Basically, the words of any tasbeeh are actually the words from the book Holy Quran and/or from authentic hadiths narrated by our beloved Prophet Muhammad
. Regarding the tasbeeh i.e. Ayat-e-Kareema, Ibn Abi Hatim recorded that Saad said that the Prophet Muhammad
said; “Whoever offers supplication in the words of the supplication of Hazrat Yunus a.s. will be answered”. It was also recorded by Al-Tirmidi and by An-Nasa’i in ‘Al-Yawm Wal-Laylah’.
One can read “Jalali” tasbeeh numbers of time, excessively, in isolation. It will not bakfire nor there will be any negative effect. He or she may read any Ayah or verse from the Holy Qur’an too. But situation may vary as per one’s intention/needs. If you are asking something other than ‘Noori knowledge’ than it is fine but if u r seeking ‘Noori knowledge’ than ‘Yes’ you need support/protection of a pious person, sheikh or Aalim to support u b’coz what divulge on us will be too much for our mind to handle it. That is why they told to seek protection from a pious person, sheikh or aalim before going through this.
Benefit of reading a tasbeeh numbers of time, actually is a personal experience of any ‘Wali Allah’ (allies of Allah / servant), which was transmitted through their followers to us from various channels. The word ‘wali’ plural ‘Awliya’ mentioned in Holy Quran and in hadith too. Those ‘Wali Allah’ due to their unlimited hard-working (making their Taqwa stronger) achieved the level of ‘Wali’, shared that if a person read such tasbeeh so and so numbers of time than he or she will be rewarded/their dua or wish will be accepted. Please see below hadith to understand the level of a ‘Wali Allah’:
Book ‘Wages (Kitab Al-Ijarah)’ of Sunan Abu-Dawud Hadith No. 3520.
Narrated Umar ibn al-Khattab: reported the Prophet
as saying**: **There are people from the servants of Allah who are neither prophets nor martyrs; the prophets and martyrs will envy them on the Day of Resurrection for their rank from Allah, the Most High. They (the people) asked: Tell us, Apostle of Allah, who are they? He replied: They are people who love one another for the spirit of Allah (i.e. the Qur’an), without having any mutual kinship and giving property to one. I swear by Allah, their faces will glow and they will be (sitting) in (pulpits of) light. They will have no fear (on the Day) when the people will have fear, and they will not grieve when the people will grieve. He then recited the following Qur’anic verse: "Behold! Verily for the friends of Allah there is no fear, nor shall they grieve."
