What is the correct Urdu word for “translator”? Is there a different word for “interpreter”?

"mutarajam" is the right word for interprater and translator.
turjmaan - meaning is representative.

Turjuma - means Translation.

Nik sis, you might be confusing “Mutarajam” with “Munjun” :hmmm:

mutarj*Im = translater
mutarjA*m = translated material

zer aur zabar kaa farq hai so yaad rakhiyegaa bolne meN. ok? :)
