If you set politics aside, the guy is a gem :k:
His voice
His accent
His speech and attire and everything is very good
Above all his memorized poetry and fil badeeh Ash’aar are amazing and with great timing.
There are few people in Pakistan with excellent urdu accent and great voice. Obviously **Zia muhayu-ud-din **is at the top next to him is Tariq Aziz
And seriously, If you want to improve your urdu, General knowledge, dialect and enjoy amazing urdu poetry and some funny moments, this show is just perfect for you.
Him, being rude and insulting to people is something new for me, never heard it before 
Can anyone recall personal interaction with Tariq aziz ?

like the shairs he reads out to go with his talks...

Tariq Aziz presented his show for long time on PTV. He is one of those personalities who are a symbol of PTV. :k:
He had a political career that was at its peak when he was working with PPP and ZA Bhutto. Once Bhutto and his elder son with Tariq Aziz were addressing the Awam when Bhutto requested Aziz to raise some points in his speech that were not meant to support public opinion. Bhutto also ordered his son to sit with him on the stage.
Aziz raised those points. Then Bhutto came to make his speech. He turned to his son and asked him to go and sit with public. Bhutto also stated that for him there is no difference between his son and public. Public went crazy…
Then Bhutto said, he don’t agree with Tariq Aziz and public went crazy again. This time public was so crazy, that it took several minutes for Bhutto to make his points. Aziz was shocked.
Bhutto was a great politician and Aziz is a master of his art. :k:
Pakistan is lucky to have show-men like Aziz.
