btw even though I was born and raised in Karachi ( jeeay Muhajir ! lol) now i reflect on it most LAHORE dramas were so much better than most karachi dramas
Karachi dramas were unfairly influenced by hasni moeen types which in retrospect were pretty cheesy and superficial

They were written by different writer and were directed by Rashid Dar. There is only one play available on youtube Deewana.

BTW, there were some good plays in the series. Like one where Uzma Gilani playing a village lady save English queen by pretending to be queen. Then there was a play on Chand Bibi. Informative series indeed/
