Re: Taqdeer and Dua
In my view Palmistry and other subjects like face reading will be considered part of knowledge as long as it is not used to predict future.

Palmistry is all about fortelling the future. Once who have knowledge of it will say to other “oky the line of you palm says u’ll be this and that and not you was this or was that”. Read it history so you’ll know the palmistry is originated from whom/where.

What about those who believe they can make thier own takdeer? To an extent this is possible is it not from what I understand Islam makes a lot of lee-way for those who strive towards a better future, just becuase some are down in the dumps does not mean that they have to accept is as Takdeer and not take any action. At least thats my summary but do correct me if I’m wrong. I thought i’d throw that spanner in the works in case anyone though it was takdeer to be taken for granted. Also I do believe if nothing else then Dua can strenthen ones inner resolve to keep on going. Even if they cannot alter the ultimate will of destiny they can have a plaseabo effect or sometimes even become a miracle in themselves.
