Who do you refer to as extremists? Any woman who wears a burqa? Then sure, I am not afraid/alarmed/worried about them at all.

When niqaabis are in prominence at these extremist gatherings (with no concern from the niqaabi-defending crowd), then yes, people have the right to be concerned.
