Has anyone contacted Tanishq particularly about their Aleya collection?
They have no branches outside of India (and no they do not have any stores in Pak, UAE, or US), the 800 number listed on their website is wrong and apparently they won’t change it. I tried calling some of their branches in India but it was 10 am in those cities at that time and I couldn’t stay up longer to call. Lastly, I’m too lazy to email them even though they are pretty good about getting back via email.
So, does anyone have any prices on their Aleya collection? Any help would be much appreciated.
^ Same here..I sent them an e-mail to ask prices of a few pieces but never received a reply from them. And Sumorani, do they not have a store in US? I think I heard or read somewhere that they do.
They had a store in NJ which closed down. They had opened it just as the recession had started. They had expansion plans for throughout the US which were all canceled due to their bad experience in NJ as far as I heard. So yeh, they dont have any stores in the US. One of their reps in India emailed and said they only have stores in India, no where else.
I had emailed them about a set which they replied back within 2 days and said was INR 375,000 but I have forgotten what set I had inquired about. haha
^LOL! By the way, do you have plans to visit India or have someone else get you what you wanted? I so badly wanted to order online but my dad wouldn’t approve making such a big purchase without having seen it in person.
do you have the pic of the set you wanted the price for? Ihave to go there in next couple of days anyways (checking out pandents) I can find out for you.
Last time when I went looking for some bangles, I checked out their polki collection, and it nice, prices were bit steeper but in term of value it was good as compared to couple of other jewerls my inlaws go to.
Got a reply via email within 3 days. this was the second time i emailed them and they seem to be very responsive. Here are the quotes I received in INR:

The prices seem pretty reasonable to me. I just gave them the product #'s so I’m assuming that these might be prices without earrings since the pictures only show the necklaces? Not sure though and of course quoted in today’s gold rate.

If I purchase anything it will be over the phone but thank you chic. I think Tanishq is the only place I would trust to purchase gold over phone/internet.

I think ask them to send you few pics, esp someone wearing it. My SIL has something very similar to the green one, and it is from Tanishq, I didn't like it in person, because they used very 'phika/faded' sa green for the one she was wearing. If I were to get it the colour has to be nice and deep green so that polki stands out.
So Tanishq guys deliver internationaly?

the green one is 29 grms. Sales person said for uncut diamon they don’t give out weight in carats. I am not sure how else to make sense of dimaond weight in these pieces, make sure you ask them all this.
