Hi,

Does anyone have a tried & tested recipe for tandoori full chicken, I’ve never made one so don’t even know where to start. Thanks :slight_smile:

Thanks Meetnauman, decided to stick to what I know and made chicken breast instead :)

It's very easy. After cleaning/ washing the whole chicken make cuts with a knife. After that you can marinate the chicken. I use lemon, yoghurt, tandoori powder, salt, red pepper and some oil. Put it aside for about two hours. Then you can cook it in a big handi or oven. It's really delicious when the chicken is cooked in a handi. Try to change the side of the chicken about every 10/15 minutes...
