Tampons vs. Pads

All trolls, stay out, tyvm.

I was wondering what the ladies suggest. My mom won’t let me use tampons for obvious reasons, ahem, but since I workout I think I want to give them a try. Suggestions or tips?

And NaziJoon, I didnt mean tips on wearing the tampon, I meant tips on types and brands etc.
