If you have a friendly personality then heels should not matter... people will take you as arrogant if your behavior is problematic.
I usually look at girls feet with interest and feet in heels are good sight.

That said I probably wouldn’t marry someone over 5’8". 5’8" is pushing it, because I myself am a little under 5’10"(no shoes).
But then, you probably wouldn’t marry someone who’s under 6’0" either.

I've always wanted to be at least 5'6 but it never happened. Being tall is a good thing...why let someone take that away from you? Wear those heels if you want to.

^The thing is the college I go to, most guys are short anyways. They're around 5'6 or 5'7, especially the desi guys. And i'm not with anyone so does being proportionate to a guy matter.
Like I see white girls wearing heels all the tme and it's completely fine, but brown girls are judged on a different scale I guess.
No, they aren't judged for wearing heels! If you love them just wear them.. most of the guys in my university were average and sometimes they'd ask me not to wear heels I told them if they had a serious complex about their height, they should wear platforms.
