talking to fiancée before marriage?

salam guyss!!!
i have this question in my mind if u guys can help…I am engaged n gna get married next year inshAllah =) but i talk to my feoncy often is it islamicaly okay?? I am confusedd what shud i do???

Salaamz sister,

Our religion does not prohibit us from talking to opposite sex as long as one we are aware of the set boundaries. Our Prophet (saww) was employed by Hazrat Khadija (sa) and she expressed her likeness for him in a very noble way. Know your limits and get to know your fiance a little before embarking on a life long journey.

Talking to fiance or the one you have intention of getting married to is ok as long as no out of boundary situation happens.

it is not Advisable because in Islam there is no concept of engagment so its better to have Nikah as soon as Possible and my advice to parents who are rich or very rich get your sons and daughters married as early as possible

talking to fiance can lead to meating often and that can cause some trouble going to good or commiting bad always start with the first basic step

xactly he is true there is no concept of engagement in Islam its a western concept, the only concept of nikah is present and until you marry him, it will be a sinful act for you to talk to him
