Ok I fixed it ... apparently Samsung Galaxy doesn't support percentages in css , plus its initialization time is more than nexus.
Anyways, back on topic ... so for Android you can read phone book, send receive sms etc. On iOS you can't. But again Android is open source so its easy to implement your own security wrapper around it.
