Pingu!.. yes talkative ppl talk all the time…regardless..if anyone is listenning to them or not!..May b they havee…aloooot of enerygy that they dont know how to use it…so they use their Vocal Cords!!!< one silly reason]..or may b they want to pour everything out!!..or mayb they r alone…or want others to understand them ..n mayb becoz they dont know other ways to make ppl understand!..or mayb they just wanna express themselvess…or mayb they are frustrated!!!..arghhh…

Kay Three… yar talkative ppl are a pain especially who are have been diagnosed 100% they’re the type that u resent answering the phone if its them on the other line. 
Once an aunt of mine got the hint when I just let the answering machine pick up for me, she’d always call ALWAYS when I was on the go and extreme hurry!
But I think as far as my psychic abilities go about u, you are to least worry regarding such choronic disorders. You only are talkative with ppl that won’t mind you being talkative to. So rock on!
I am a very talkative person but towards those who are close to me like hubster,ammi,sister and few of my friends.

I am not talkative at all, today I had to apply for something and had an interview over the phone, It was for more than an hour that I spoke and explain everything to him non stop and when I ended the call I felt I would just collapse, my neck was and shoulders were really stiff, I guess I cant do a job where too much talking is involved :(
