Uff I can't believe this.....what possessed the woman....kaise na murad the inn ke husbands...i'm still shocked that 1 endured it for 13years...did she have no contact with her family back home???? it is disgusting.....and we think we've got it hard with our MIL's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Often these 'back home' girls aren't allowed to phone relatives unless MIL is there standing next to them. There are loads of cases like this, makes me sick but at least this MIL got taken to Court, the majority of them get away with it. The sons are spineless little boys, they turn a blind eye to the abuse and justify it by saying 'I never wanted to marry her anyway.' When Mum sees son with a non-Muslim or non-desi girlfriend y not take steps to make these relationships halal instead of pretending nothing is going on and then running back home to find a good obedient wife for son that he doesn't even want and then creating even more mess :(
