PRC govt faces must have turned blue fro yellow, now that the jig is up.
Indian govt faces of course would have turned quite red. only saving grace is that the India defence services systems are completely outside the internet and world wide web.

Dear pakis,
I understand that these stuffs are very much unfamiliar and new to you. Nevertheless, it is not so much old for us also. But let me tell you the first cyber attack was as early as April 2008 when Chinese hackers tried to infiltrate into MoEA, GOI computers. The Information stolen by them is termed as "phenomenal" but ordinary. It was that time when dalai lama has visited Tawang. Chinese were very apprehensive about India's motive to break up Tibet and launched cyber espionage against it. It was again in Jan 2009, the attack is repeated , but this time, It was not only repulsed but hacker computers are counter-hacked. The location was traced upto a zombie computer in Monzabique whose masters where at located in hainan island, china. The most useful and declassified information are like this:
- PLAN has a full fledged Hacking school where they offer course in hacking for their cyber war soldier which are estimated to be slightly more than 1000.
-PLAN had developed their own OS called "kylin" which is supposed to be more secure than linux. All PLAN computers and server work on them. Other Chinese govt network, however, use normal windows. It is still some time to find out ways to infiltrate this OS. so right now, we can only defend.
-China's Cyber Warfare Doctrine is designed to achieve global "electronic dominance"
PLAN will try to disrupt the commonwealth games scheduled in Aug 2010. such one attack has already occur when hacked tried to jam online registration.
-PLAN is developing a special microprocessor which harden from external attack.
-Database of about more than 2000 IP addresses from where attack can be launched.
India is extremely vulnerable. It has seen a huge growth in state wide area networks and 25 mission mode projects, besides electrical grid, oil and gas infrastructure. This is in addition to the private industry, especially the banking and finance sector where huge number of transactions are conducted online. So, in the blurred boundaries of cyberspace, a war has already broken out. Everyday dozens of cyber warriors from the NIA and NTRO, fought against new weapons like "worms" and Remotely Activated Trojans (RATS). They are trained to watch for the enemy--Chinese hackers. But Here we respect our enemy being self made and matured. The cyber cold war is on between the two new age giants and you watch out. Make sure u don't grind in between.
