مقامی طالبان فوج اور ملک کے خلاف جنگ نہیں چاہتے:مولوی فقیر **قبائلی علاقے باجوڑ ایجنسی میں مقامی طالبان نے یکہ طرفہ جنگ بندی اور سکیورٹی فورسز کے خلاف ہر قسم کی مزاحمت ختم کرنے کا اعلان کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ انہوں نے یہ اقدام کسی دباؤ کے بجائے قومی مفاد کو پیش نظر رکھتے ہوئے اٹھایا ہے۔ **
باجوڑ ایجنسی میں مقامی طالبان کے سربراہ مولوی فقیر محمد نے یہ اعلان پیر کی شام ایف ایم ریڈیو چینل پر خطاب کرتے ہوئے کیا ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ جنگ بندی کا اعلان حکومت یا کسی اور کے دباؤ کے بغیر کیا جارہا ہے اور قومی مفاد کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے علاقے میں سکیورٹی فورسز کے خلاف کارروائیاں ختم کردی گئی ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ مقامی طالبان فوج اور ملک کے خلاف جنگ نہیں چاہتے بلکہ ان کے مطابق بعض مفاد پرست عناصر اپنے مزموم مقاصد کے حصول کےلیے دونوں کے درمیان اختلافات پیدا کرکے ان کو آپس میں لڑا رہے ہیں۔
طالبان کمانڈر کا کہنا تھا کہ بیرونی دنیا کو پاکستانی فوج اور ’مجاہدین‘ کی طاقت اور صلاحتیوں کا بخوبی علم ہے اس لیے ان کی کوشش ہے کہ اس ملک میں کبھی امن قائم نہ رہے ۔
مولوی فقیر نے کہا کہ باجوڑ کے طالبان کو افغانستان میں لڑنے کی کوئی ضرورت نہیں ہے کیونکہ وہاں پہلے ہی طالبان بڑی تعداد میں موجود ہیں تاہم اگر ضرورت پڑی تو وہ امریکہ کے خلاف افغانستان میں ہر وقت لڑنے کےلیے تیار ہیں۔
بیرونی دنیا کو پاکستانی فوج اور مجاہدین کی طاقت اور صلاحتیوں کا بخوبی علم ہے اس لیے ان کی کوشش ہے کہ اس ملک میں کبھی امن قائم نہ رہے ۔

ان کا کہنا تھا کہ باجوڑ میں کوئی غیر ملکی موجود نہیں تاہم اگر کوئی غیر ملکی یہاں سے پکڑا گیا تو طالبان خود اس کے خلاف کارروائی کرینگے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ عسکریت پسند تعلیم کے مخالف نہیں اور باجوڑ میں آج کے بعد کسی سرکاری ادارے اور سکولوں پر حملے نہیں کیے جائیں گے ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ باجوڑ میں گزشتہ سال اگست میں سکیورٹی فورسز کی طرف سے شروع کئے گئے آپریشن میں اب تک 23 طالبان ہلاک اور پچیس کے قریب زخمی ہوئے ہیں جبکہ انہوں نے سکیورٹی فورسز کی ہلاکتوں کے حوالے سے لاعلمی کا اظہار کیا۔
باجؤر ایجنسی میں طالبان کی طرف سے یہ اعلان ایسے وقت کیا گیا ہے جب آج بھی وہاں عنایت کلی کے مقام پر سکیورٹ فورسز نے مشتبہ طالبان کے ٹھکانوں پر گولہ باری کی ہے۔
