MIRANSHAH: The Taliban on Wednesday threatened to kill a Canadian journalist in their custody if their demands were not met by March 30.
The journalist, Khadeja Abdul Qahaar, went missing in Jani Khel area of Bannu Frontier Region in November 2008. In a video sent to the Miranshah Press Club, Khadeja said she was seriously ill and appealed to the Canadian and Pakistani governments, and human rights and journalists’ organisations to help in her release. haji mujtaba
She was actually a spy who was trying to get information about the Taliban..
Please note : I am being sarcastic. This is the standard excuse some of the losers here are going to come up with.
Is there no end to this culture of criminalisation.
The Gul Bahadur group of Taliban that have kidnapped her are actually saying the same thing that she is a Canadian spy. Ironic, isn't it.
Reading her report, it is clear that she is fascinated by these "Mujahids" and adores them, despite getting fleeced for all her money by them. It could be that her kidnapping is another way of these Talibans to get more money. She may even be a willing participant of this plan, hoping to aid the Taliban she loves so much. OTOH, she might have actually been kidnapped and now knows the true nature of these rodents.
