Why ‘Peace Talks’ when the Drone attacks won’t going to stop

PESHAWAR, Pakistan – The Pakistani Taliban on Thursday backed out of peace talks with the government after confirming the death of its top military commander and deputy leader, Waliur Rahman, in a U.S. drone strike in the volatile North Waziristan tribal region.
“We are so sad to announce that our sincere and brave leader and a great mujahid [holy warrior], Maulana Waliur Rahman, has died in a U.S. drone attack on Wednesday. It’s a huge loss for us,” Taliban spokesman Ihsanullah Ihsan said, adding that the group plans “to take revenge.”
The spokesman said that the group had withdrawn from peace talks with the Pakistani government and that it blamed the killing on the “Pakistani establishment” and the United States.
“We will teach a lesson to Pakistan and United States for depriving us of our beloved leader,” he said.

Why don’t they follow ’ aankh ke badle aankh, daant ke badle daant’. Most of the time, they only kill innocent people who don’t have anything to do with Drones and all that.

Qayish ideology is because of multiple personality disorder or Dissociative Identity Disorder who don't have any control of oneself and one who kills under such circumstance (disease) is sometime pleaded not guilty.
I have no idea about those fatwas never heard about it.

^ off course the prime reason is tribal society, sick social justice system and fundamentally lack of education and basic facilities. That's the prime reason the average age in Afghanistan is less then 38 years old. Overall the afghans are famous for sold-out for few bucks, history is the better mirror.
the society is sick and miltia-like family cocoon is totally untouchable to the social fabric of rest of the world.
the solution is the surgery remove the talibanic-gay part by military force and moderate Islam, right now the Afghanistan is the cursed land with black plague taking heed into their dna.

Not surprised why IK and company crying to stop drones coz it's killed their friends. A nightmare for Taliban heads an accurate target hit. A best solution for cave monkeys hidden places.
