An interesting piece of propaganda. However, I doubt it will change anything as such a “tape” is easily dismissed as fabricated, and from dubious sources. The question is, are the rank and file Taliban privy to such propaganda, and if so are they naive enough to buy it without questioning it. These are big asks.
The Taliban will fall simply because they can’t deliver once in control…for the impatient, that means they will have to wait.

Video doesn't show face of the guy, so who is ready to buy that the guy is from Haqqani network? Or are their other videos where one can see who the actual criminal is? Taliban do have criminals in their military, no doubt, and there are different 'networks' of Taliban.... Haqqani is the one backed by Pakistani military (or so is alleged), are they suggesting the non-Haqqani Taliban are okay?
EDIT: BTW Siraj Haqqani recently got killed.
