Do you disagree with 'flogging' punishment or do you disagree because Taliban carried it out esp to this girl? Remember 'flogging' punishment is prescribed by Quran, and it is not something we can optionally do away.
I disagree with flogging as it was meant for different times. However, I realize many muslims don't agree with my interpretation and this is fine. If flogging is to be a punishment it must be done with a proper and functioning court system (not the clown CJ ifti court or jaahil qazi courts of swat) and in as humane a manner as possible.
