A very sly and underhanded move by bharat with the aim to cause:

1. The questioning of the legitimacy of the taliban government.
2. A convenient excuse to bring in further "security" personell.

why should we question talibans legitimacy?....when the whole world is questioning it. Even pakistan is questioning it.

for security you wrote know...i am dead against indian army or indian security personel going out of india. i dont think india is going to send it's army there, when it not willing to send it to nepal. I hope india doesn't send it's army anywhere barring UN missions in africa.....Ofcourse under the banner of United Nations.
