Ehsaan Ahsaan are third and fourth variants repectively, i purposely didnt include these to the mix. do you have any knowledge of the tribal people who are specifically involved in fighting the pakistani state keeping the name ehsan? thats not same as ehsaan barring spelling mistakes, it seems to feminise the ahsan name unless you or someone knows the difference in meaning between ahsan and ehsan specifically. if there is a difference, and the tribal people fighting pakistan specifically have used both variants then i could entertain the idea that indeed the spokesman is called ehsanullah ehsan

i wasn’t talking about the political connotations of the words. i simply gave you the meanings of those words…as far as i know, there are ONLY two words which sound some a little similar to a layman but to a zabaan daaN it’s quite distinct.

these words are:

AHsan احسن] = Better
Ai’Hsaan احسان] = favour/kindness
