What is the philosophy about the ‘talent’, if any? Just wondering

In my view, Talent means you have a knack of doing something creatively, uniquely, and clinically different than most others.
Is this what you are asking LKK. If not, can you please elaborate on what exactly the question is because I may have understood it wrong.

Yes. I was asking exactly the same but there so many questions in my mind like:
1- Do we have any talent? If so how and when we'll know about it?
2- How and who will push forward our talent among others?
3- If we have any talent than how we'll know that we are using it for good purpose or bad?

I think every person is naturaly talented. Some talents are inherent and some are acquired.
True talent comes from within, some people are born sportsmen, born swimmers, writers, architects, painters, poets, inventors, teachers, cooks, acrobats, etc
I think the real talent comes from the soul, when we are attuned to it.
Some people believe that people of a particular background, heritage, colony, caste .. are more gifted then others. In my opinion, it's plain and simple Wrong Notion. Every human is born equal, we may have a different set of qualities, but nobody is superior or inferior then anybody.
But when we are away from our own soul, we may not discover and enjoy our talent.

Talent is something that we dont have to endeavour to bring out of ourselves, it just pops out in situations.
For example, I didnt know I had creativity in me at all , not until people started pointing it out to me and I realized this is one of my unique talents, so why not use it more.
Talent could be anything from something big to something meagre. One of my friends talent is that she doesnt let anything go to waste, is always able to create something or the other out of things .. She made yarn out of an old jeans ... Thats pure genious !
Similarly, in day to day lives, one of the neighbours kids used to draw up cartoons using chalk, on our wall to piss us off .. Initially I hated it , then one day I needed some drawing help and I thought of that kid, I was volunteering at a kids nursery , helping them with decorations and we got this kid to draw up cartoons on the walls .. and he did a super fabulous job .. that was his talent that shone through !
People can have wierd talents.. One of my colleagues at work could seriously type at the speed of light !! no kidding, his fingers went so fast on the keyboard it would make us dizzy, initially we used to make fun of him, later we started asking for his help in desperate situations when we needed a document typed urgently ! he would graciously help us .. Boss got to know and this guy was given a raise as his responsibility increased , he started making urgent Client profiles for the boss. That was his talent that helped him earn more and get the edge over the rest of us !
