Talebans have given a call to all Muslims for Jihad against US. It seems that Islamic world is in confusion.
Our Muslim friends get irritated when we question the issue of Jihad.
Can we find out if the call for Jihad by Talebans is Islamic or unislamic?
this call might be considered as Jihad, since US will be attacking Afghanistan for no fault of Afghanis and they'll have to defend against non-Muslim forces.

Let us pay attention to the US attacking Afghanistan with backing of surrounding Islamic States!

Jihad=terrorism. Disguise it any which way you want, the rest of the world sees crazy fanatics highjacking planes killing innocents and called it jihad.
U.S. is going to attack. No other country's Military Force (accept Britain) will interfere. Therefor your question is superfluous. Backing is not Jihad! As far as NA is concerned, fighting against their own ppl (like Taliban did once) is not Jihad and neither can be considered as Muslim feat (not the Islamic way).

whatever the "bitter truth".... millions are HAPPY to be Muslims, and praying to DIE as MUSLIMS.
Importance and classes of Jihad can be thought/derived from one saying/incident:
Prophet PBUH upon returning from one fight against non beleivers, before entering city of his residence said to people that they had come back from 'minor' Jihad, and headed towards 'major' Jihad (entering normal life equivalent to MAJOR jihad).
it should tell you what Jihad is... and which one is MAJOR and which one is MINOR. if even this does not open up your mind, then yes ALL HUMANITY must be considered TERRORIST, as ALL HUMANITY attempts to avoid evil desires, evils of one's self, etc.
