This is purely to recognize the efforts of anchor Talat Hussain, who as of right now is still being held in Israel. Him and 2 others with him make up the three Pakistani citizens who were on board the Gaza Aid Flotilla.
News channels are buzzing with the news of his release being worked out, and his arrival to Jordan soon, from where he will be able to return back home.
His participation in this extraordinary event, is of an important significance. I wish him best of luck, and hope these sons of soil return to Pakistan soon. Look forward to hearing the actual accounts of what went down from him directly. I’m sure he will not disappoint us.

We all need to move our a$$ and do some practical work rather than just saying crazy things creating some excitment for few days and then forget everything
I for one was not very encouraged about our governments ability to get these 3 free and home safely. But well done. They proved me wrong and I am bloody happy they did.

I saw him once live on 12th May 2007 facing firing of MQM terrorists.
Second time he was facing firing of some ....... just near my home at airport road Rawalpindi.

Talat Hussain is a very balanced and brave anchor. I watch his programs whenever I get a chance BUT he is not what AAJ TV is (understandably) trying to make him - A National Hero. Talat Hussain was just performing his DUTY/JOB which reporters and anchors perform all around the world. They go to war zone, follow tornados, cover stroms and God knows what. Many die in this cause too. Allah ka Shuker hai k Talat and other crew khriyat sai wapus aa rahey hain.
It will be better if AAJ TV does not try to copy GEO in self praise and making mountain out of mole.
