What opinion do you people have about talaq? I mean how do you think it takes place? One believe is that if a person just say talaq talaq talaq three times (even in anger or when you are drunk) then the talaq is effective? what is the authenticity of this believe?
Other say even if you say talaq talaq talaq for the 100 times only one talaq is given and the next two has to be given after a considerable period of time (may be a manth or so). What do you think about this??
If we were to look at this issue from a pure logical aspect (which is not unIslamic, as I think Islam is the most logical choice) than I think just like as we need witness for the wedding agreement, than how come we don't need that in Talaq?? what if a guy is mad/angry and say those three words out of anger, does that means Talaq happened??? It doesn't have any rationale to it....
Please, anyone, before coming down my throat with hadiths etc etc, I am only speaking from a logical sense. If you can prove or carry on discussion from that point of view, I would welcome your comments, but I am not looking for a long series of strong/weak hadiths....
