20 years ago, the tend of divorce was very negligible, and devorce was one of the shameful acts in soceity, and then the family system was very strong, situation rarely come to that point of divorce, and the problems were settled in good manner, or sometimes by force used by elders of family.
things are in total contrast now.

This document is akin a Nikahnama. If it were like this then why does marriage require a document. Why not say Nikah Nikah Nikaaah.
