The poor woman’s father-in-law was brutally gunned down by his own bodyguard in the name of Islam. Her husband was kidnapped by the Taleban 8 months later, and has been missing for over 3 months…no one knows if he’s still even alive at this point.

And you’re irked by someone falsely claiming credit for her wedding makeup on Facebook?

I truly do feel bad for her But I think you took me the wrong way. This thread is about wedding makeup, and a makeup artist falsely claiming something is their’ s. There is nothing wrong with calling that out. And I don’t know how bringing up her terrible circumstances would contribute to the topic of taking someone’s work and blatantly passing it as your own or why it would be relvant. This thread is simply about something unethical that a makeup artist did, and the picture just happens to be that of Maheen Taseer’s. The picture could have been of someone else and I would have still started this thread, because the point here is about stealing someone’s work. And I am not just erked about what happened to her family, I am deeply SADDENED and ANGERED about it, but i don’t think the expression of those feelings would belong in the wedding forum.
