when it’s not your period. has it helped, any negative side effects from that?

depends which one you want to take.
at the end of the day, it's just ibuprofen or paracetamol with added stuff that you don't really need when you're not on your period. so just take a ibuprofen/paracetamol.

^thanks stoppit but i mean how it handles certain things like being emotional during a woman's period, sometimes women do get sad or don't feel that great when they wake up in the morning b/c of missing someone or whatever the cause, can the midol be used for this too when it's not your period but just a down day or a "not my day" type of thing

midol is just acetaminophen and caffeine and something that makes you pee. if you think it fixes your moodiness, maybe you just needed some strong coffee in the first place.
