Have you seen pictures where everyone’s face is blurry except one person (or may be a couple)? Can anyone guess how to take those pictures where everyone’s face is blurry except the person’s face(s) you want to be clear?

I appreciate your willingness to help :D but I am not in need of such technology at this time. I will actually send you the pictures and let you do the work when I do need to do something like that with my pictures :D but for right now, I am looking of some creative (funny) and/or dumb answers. Then I will later reveal what I actually saw someone guessing how it was accomplished.

Aby Shikra , niksik posted our daughters pic in her blog with all other faces blurred but hers and I asked that same question and she said Photoshop.
