The problem that we have in Pakistan is nepotism, corruption etc. Who ever comes to power picks and chooses friends and family members and puts them on key positions, when there will be merit then most of these things will go away as people with certain qualifications and experience will be put on the post which will not only increase the productivity of those organizations but also remove some of these grievances. Secondly somehow at some stage with development the government should try and weaken the monopoly of the feudals who have been ruling this country for the past 65 years, and thirdly the army should induct more from rural/under privileged areas and try to induct more people from Sindh, Seraiki Belt, Balochistan and KP to balance out the army as well (this should have been done much earlier).
