Re: Takht e Lahore
Well Punjab is around 60% as it is, but the percentage in the army has hovered around 80%. I think there used to be more pashtuns back in the day, but the army is trying to diversify itself by inducting balochis & sindhis. I remember someone asked ayub khan about pashtunistan vs. afghanistan and he laughed and said, look at the people around me and tell me why would I want a pashtunistan?
Obama also heads the most powerfull post in the world, but does that mean blacks are the majority in america? Sure, they are 12% of the population, but another definition of “majority” is thoI se who have the power, so in palestineans case, israel might actually be equal or lower in numerical numbers, but they are the “majority” that rule the area. Of course, unlike jiyalas, I don’t give a free chit to their masters because they could have tried to develop their constituencies when they had the chance. I think KP’s economic indicators would be better than interior sindh, because pashtuns have the will to get things done through hard work be it whatever it may be. Part of the fault of interior sindh lies in its people not revolting (doesn’t have to be bloody) against their parasitic rulers.
I know a few jiyalas that would come charging me with their rhona dhona about race bla bla, but too bad that this political correctness has really taken pakistan down the drain.
