I have been pretty successful in my short cooking career thus far as a home chef but once tried to make a swiss roll, got it out of the oven and it was anything but a swiss roll!

mai cooking mai experiments krnay say buhut durti hon...kio k itni mehnut kro aur phir hassil kuch na ho to buht afsos hota hai..dats why i alwaysfollow authentic recipes...

i have messed up million times but its ok and mostly i jst go to kitchen and get stuff out and make anything with that mostly i dont even knw wat im making and eating
my tajarbas that always fail r baking or making deserts because mos of time they need exact measurments and meausring things make me feel like a prisoner
