this is one of the places in my MUST VISIT list :k:
along with the coloseum, Pyramids and the wall of china

I’ve never been there, but my parents went last year.

I have more, but they're pretty much along the lines of what you posted, so I didn't bother with them. Have you been there?

One of my friend hails from Indian Hyderabad, which has some stunning architecture (palaces/forts) from the Nizam's era, I was really surprised at how well maintained they are. I'll try to upload pics sometime.

I had seen so many pics of Taj and use to say "Wats the big deal" but when i visited Agra few years back i was taken aback it's jus majestic, seeing is beliving people.

countles time.agra i just 1and half hour from my place (gwalior).so any plan of outing ends up my visitin taj:D

I too went when I was really tiny so don't remember much of what I saw except through home videos. Some men can be so romantic:)

They say it's 'bad luck' to buy the marble model of the taj Mahal.

On my last visit there - one of my relatives said this. Any one else experence this expression. Any reasons?

A pristine example of arabic architecture. Too bad its currently in the hands if Indians....
