Tahirul Qadri, the founder of Minhajul Quran (MUQ) receiving prostrations during a Mahfil e Sama (qawwali session) arranged in Damascus during his “spiritual tour” of 2005 where 250 members of MUQ from the European diaspora accompanied their “leader” to Syria and Turkey for two weeks. During the various qawwali sessions organized in Damascus, Konya and Istanbul members were dancing in “honor” of Tahirul Qadri in a style more reminiscent of Bhangra and prostrated at his feet with no discouragement from his side at all.
In fact, he arrangements for prostrations were quite evident in the form of two red cushions at Tahirul Qadri’s feet and we can safely assume that, all the happenings were endorsed by him during these qawwali sessions. Well i think Tahir ul Qadri has more knowledge in his pink then you have in your whole brain. I am sorry to say this but its true. If you read Tahir ul Qadri's books and watch his videos then you will understand what he stands for and he stand for ISLAM pure islam nothing less then Islam.
U should not judge him by only watching this video. What does this prove? Nothing!!!
I am not a member of Minhaj ul Quran but i do know this guy is very knowledgeable and
very educated and his ILM about islam is far far greater then most of us on GS if not all of us on GS.
All the Awlia ikram that came on this planet they never said people should worship them but what do u see on most graves of awlias? people dancing and singing and women gathering and most people are praying wrong and do not know how to ask or do DUA even.
Its always the people who are wrong not the Alim/teacher. People always want to give the leader they follow more importance i dont know why that is but its a fact.
Anyhow give this man a break and only talk if you have same knowledge of Islam as him.

I am sorry but Awlia-e-Ikram cannot (within the bounds of this physical world) really stop the shirk that goes on at mazars. He is perfectly capable of stopping this non-sense.

Unlike dead buzargs, he is Mashallah tandarust and should show is displeasure by walking out of any such gathering on two legs given by Allah. He not only accepts it but also enjoys it.
and chapter of sajda was closed by Muhammad by saying that “ager main khuda k siwa kisee ko sajda kerney ka hukum daita tu wifes ko kehta k wo husband’s ko sajda kareen”
Now if he did not asked for (in fact disliked the) sajda for himself, how is this allowed for Qadri sahab!

I know Tahir ul Qadri well enough , he made a huge mistake by going to politics otherwise he is one of the most educated, knowledgble and MODRATE person. He isn't a jahil who loves people doing sajda in front of him, go listen to his speeches and read his books, we need more and more "ISLAMIC SCHOLARS" like him to promote moderate islam.
