I heard that Qadri made some weird comments about Hokly Prophet (PBUH). I checked this site and youtube and saw some extremely objectionable dreams and claims. Why done blasphemy laws apply to this qadri guy?

Are you pro-blasphemy law? If not then why are so desperate to get another individual held up against it? Leave it alone - This is not the way to protest against the blasphemy law ... The various proposals should be seriously arranged and if there any mob reactions then they need to be handled with serious intent.
A phased process should be employed:
Find the right ulema who will teach about the concept of blasphemy properly to private audiences at first
Educate the police force and security
Systematically bring it in to media outlets - i.e. through TV drama and films
Drench society with the corrected concept through chat shows and debates
Then bring about subtle changes - one amendment at a time (Not all of them together)
Bringing the police and security forces on your side will help to prevent the Taseer case happening again ...

I just put that blesphemy thing since Qadri takes credit for it but in this case he seems to be the the right candidate for it rather than thousands who have been implicated falsely due to various rivalry, business or hate reasons.. procedures of the law are too weak and should be improved to save innocents..
