Do you buy this or trust the source? Our local meat shop advertises it as “halal organic” so I gladly paid a higher price for a year but now I am questioning the authenticity. I have been unable to get info on it source and if its “certified organic” or not. Also if it’s available in all the big cities throughout US I imagine it ships out frozen thus making it inferior to a more local source. Thoughts?
